SightReach® Management in Action:

Lions Aravind Institute of Community Ophthalmology

Madurai, India 2000 to Today

IEF works with Lions Aravind Institute of Community Ophthalmology (LAICO) to provide management training resources for our program partners in Madurai, India. LAICO, established with the support of the Lions Clubs International SightFirst Program and Seva Sight Programme, is Asia's first international training facility for blindness prevention workers from India and other parts of the world. IEF sends teams from its SightReach® Management partner hospitals to LAICO for hands-on management training. [ Back to SRM ]

The IEF's blindness prevention and sight saving programs are funded by governmental, foundation, and corporate contributors, as well as individuals like you who generously donate online. Our website showcases our successes and our breadth of services to the developing world. Feel free to contact us with specific questions or requests. [ IEF Programs ]
