Robert Middlebrooks became a member of the International Eye Foundation (IEF) as its Chief Financial Officer in August 2016. Robert has more than 20 years’ experience in financial management and has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Texas Christian University. Robert moved to Washington, DC to begin his Federal government consulting career.  After six years, he left government consulting to begin consulting with non-profits in the DC area.  In the time that Robert has been with IEF he has managed investments, modernized banking and internal operations, and strengthened internal controls. Robert also manages any budgetary matters relating to programs, audits, US government agreements, human resources and administration.
