Ann Hilpert transplanted to the Washington, DC area from St. Louis and is a proud graduate of Western Illinois University and University of Maryland University College. After a long career as a financial leader and executive for some of DC’s largest law firms, she joined MGAC as Chief Financial Officer in 2016.

While new to the design and construction industry, Ann brings extensive accounting, finance, and strategic management experience to helping MGAC identify and create solutions that support sustainable, strategic growth. She loves surrounding herself with experts in her field and appreciates the contributions made by others.

She challenges herself by reading books and articles that broaden her knowledge and skills in ways she can apply to her work environment. When not at work, she likes to be outdoors – from training for her next cycling vacation and hiking in Shenandoah National Park, to spending time at the beach.
