Dear friends and supporters:
Due to the health risks associated with COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the International Eye Foundation (IEF) is following closely the guidance from CDC, and the national, state and local authorities. IEF has adopted a “work-from-home” policy through April 30, 2020, when we will re-evaluate.
Employees will conduct meetings virtually and call in for messages. We will be responding to emails as if we were in the office.
IEF remains dedicated to preventing blindness and restoring sight and are working with our international partners regarding program operations.
The countries where IEF has programs have travel restrictions and the hospitals with which we work are open for emergencies and COVID-19 patients.
It is a trying time, but we and they are responding to help our communities in need.
We continue to be so very grateful for your tremendous support of our work.
Our wish is that you and your families stay safe and well as we look forward to the time when we can all join again together and forward our mission to save the sight of those in need.
Keeping hope in our hearts and weathering this challenge together….
Sincerely,
Victoria M. Sheffield
President & CEO

Facebook TwitterI’ve reached out to IEF via the website, FaceBook and Twitter pages, requesting contact information regarding an estate donation, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. Is there anyone reading the messages?
Thank you,
